- Order Delivery (Non-POD): Our delivery policy has the following points,
(a) For all orders printed product(s) will be delivered within 5-12 working days (depending upon your location or order size) after placing the order. Sometimes standard delivery time may get extend slightly depending upon certain unavoidable natural/human variables. You will get e-mail/Call notification from our side in such scenario.
(b) In case if nobody seems available at Delivery Address on approximate delivery date. Intimate us the same quickly after you receive prior intimation from our delivery partner. If second delivery happens due to non-availability of receiving person at delivery address. This may be chargeable.
(c) Order once finalized generally can be modified or clubbed with any other order up to 24 hours. If modifications like add on or product change is much needed in an order reach us quickly at care.inklab@gmail.com.
(d) In case customer wants the products to get delivered at any different address or to any other person after making an order the same terms and conditions of delivery will apply. For this we will require email on care.inklab@gmail.com .The receiving given by the customer’s appointed person will be considered as customer’s receiving.
(e) Customer(s) is/are advised to check the product at the time of delivery. As the products are created in customized lot as per your individual need so replacement can be done only in few situations. If you receive wrong or damaged product replacement will be done.
(f) If you cannot receive or collect your order after 2-3 attempts by the courier, it will come back to our address. No refund against such RTO orders can be initiated. You can request us to reship them along with correct delivery address after payment of additional RTO charges.
- Law and Jurisdiction: These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
- Indemnification: By accessing or enquiring through www.inklab.inYou agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages or costs arising from your use of this website, your breach of these Terms of Service, or infringement of any intellectual property right.
