  1. All products have 48 hours replacement policy after an order has been delivered. This is only valid for products received in damaged condition and for delivery of wrong product(s). If you received wrong product or your product is in defected/damaged condition Call 9999922055 or e-mail at care.inklab@gmail.com along with an unboxing video. Only the unused & clean items in the original conditions will be accepted for replacement otherwise the replacement request may get cancelled.
  2. In case of damaged or incorrect product customer should ship the product back to INKLAB/SHOPSQUARE PRIVATE LIMITED and company will refund the shipment charges to the customer. Although in case of disagreement it will be on mutual consent between both the parties involved.
  3. If you receive products in lesser quantity than your order then you should reach us we will ship the remaining products to you.
  4. We take all protective measures during packaging and shipping still it is mandatory to make the video of package unboxing as it will be convenient for you to claim replacement for the damaged product.  Otherwise in the absence of unboxing/unpackaging video as a proof the approval of replacement lies solely on the decision of SHOPSQUARE PRIVATE LIMITED.
  5. You can cancel your order completely after making initial payment within 24 hours or before your order goes to production. For this you have to reach us via call or email. The paid amount will be credit back to your bank account. Once the order starts processing or after 24 hours, we are sorry we will be unable to hold the order. In such situation loss to the company will be calculated and adjusted with the amount given in advance.
  6. As the products are custom made for your or your client’s requirement. So, products once printed does not qualify for complete return or refund. Although replacement can be done as per the above-mentioned guidelines.
